Objective of the event:
The outcome of the orientation is :- 1.Increased understanding of the committee's purpose and goals so that new members demonstrate a clear understanding of the committee's objectives and how they contribute to its success. 2. Improved collaboration and teamwork3. New members feel connected to the committee and are motivated to work together with existing members to achieve common goals. 4.Increase engagement and participation of new members in committee meetings, projects, and events, and take on leadership roles or responsibilities. By achieving these outcomes, the orientation event can set the stage for a successful and productive experience for new members within the computer committee..
Outcome of the event:
The event successfully raised awareness among Second year students about CESA and CSI, showcasing the notable achievements like the Technetics app. As a result, several students downloaded the app and expressed interest in joining the committees to contribute to their impactful initiatives and collaborative projects.
