Outcome of the event:

On 15th September, the Computer Department of VPPCOE celebrated Engineer's Day with great enthusiasm and appreciation. The event was organized by the CESA committee with the help of the Computer Department's Head of Department Professor’s exclusively for 4th-year students. This event aimed to showcase the innovative projects of these students and provide them with an opportunity to present their work through posters.

The event began at 11:00, The Principal and HOD Sir entered the library and cut the ribbon. The event commenced with a motivating speech by the institution's principal. He emphasized the importance of engineers in shaping the world and encouraged the students to continue their pursuit of knowledge and innovation. The Poster Presentation began where each participating group created a poster highlighting their project. Over 38 teams actively participated in this competition and a faculty member mentored each of these teams.

These posters included essential elements such as abstracts, introductions, flowcharts, and conclusions, providing a comprehensive overview of their work. Students enthusiastically explained their projects to the judges. They discussed their project's objectives, methodologies, and the significance of their work. A panel of judges carefully evaluated each poster presentation based on specified criteria.

The judges assessments played a crucial role in determining the winners. The top-performing group were felicitated with Certificates and Cash Prizes of 25000. With these, the event was successfully carried out.

The winners of the "Poster Presentation" event are as follows:

Winner Team : Jagdish Mishra & Team - presented a poster on secure Infrastructure Migration to AWS.

• 1st Runner Up Team: Kotian Mrunal & Team – presented poster on Bloodchain : Blockchain based blood registry & supply system.
