Event Name: Introduction of CSI and CESA to SE students

Objective of the event:

The primary goal of this event was focused on familiarizing Second year students with CESA and CSI, showcasing the achievements like the Technetics app, and inviting interested individuals to join the impactful team.

Outcome of the event:

The event successfully raised awareness among Second year students about CESA and CSI, showcasing the notable achievements like the Technetics app. As a result, several students downloaded the app and expressed interest in joining the committees to contribute to their impactful initiatives and collaborative projects.

A seminar was scheduled on 1st August, 2023 for students of Second Year Computer engineering to enlighten them about the CESA and CSI committee. The event was scheduled at 11.20 AM in the seminar hall on the second floor. Initially the presidents of CESA and CSI committee invited the Head of Department Dr. Rais Mulla and the Coordinator of CESA and CSI committee Prof. Shefali Raina.

The Heads of CESA and CSI committee prepared an invitation for the Principal sir Dr. Alam Shaikh, to Head Of Computer Department Dr. Rais Mulla, to the head of TPO Mr. Swapnil Desai and the Coordinator of CESA and CSI committee Prof. Shefali Raina and all the other faculty members of the Computer Department were invited.

The seminar began with the introduction by the anchor and welcoming all the attendees also by introducing the purpose of the seminar. After that presidents of both the committees shared the college’s vision and commitment to organizing such events. Then the attendees were addressed by the coordinator Of both the committees and shared the insights and knowledge related to the upcoming activities. Then HOD sir also motivated the students to take initiative in such activities. After the speech of the sir, the Technetics app was introduced and the insight of the app was provided by Vishal Ugalmugale.

The program was concluded by the vote of thanks given by the publicity head of CESA committee Ms Subiya Sayyed and after that the interested students were called up for a interaction session for hiring them in the CSI and CESA committees. The seminar ended at nearly 12.30 PM.
